Logicor is excited to confirm our Průmyslová logistics area in Prague has reached an important construction milestone! Following the start of its outer-shell construction in January, we have now successfully placed all the internal pillars. To celebrate, we recently ceremoniously erected the “Glajcha”, symbolising the completion of this significant stage of construction. Work on the project continues at a brisk pace and we are getting closer to the finished form of the area every day.

PREMIUM LOCATION

Above all, Průmyslová stands out for its location. Situated in the wider center of Prague it ensures quick access to the main highways, while also offering easy connections to public transport. Thanks to this strategic position the area is perfect for last-mile logistics - the efficient distribution of goods to end customers.

SUSTAINABLE MODERN SOLUTIONS 

Sustainability is a key element of the entire project. Průmyslová aims for BREEAM certification rated Very Good and is set to offer several modern solutions. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the premises for our own electricity production, which will significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the building. All spaces are to be equipped with energy-saving LED lighting to achieve lower electricity consumption. To support electromobility, charging stations will be set up on the premises, thanks to which our clients and their visitors will be able to charge their electric vehicles directly on site. The project will also include intelligent energy consumption measurement systems with the aim of optimising the building's operation and reducing energy consumption even further. 

Upon completion in 2025, the Průmyslová area will bring to the market 21,000 m² of high-quality warehouse and administrative space that combines practicality, accessibility and sustainability. Significantly contributing to the modernisation of the logistics infrastructure in the capital, the project offers flexible solutions for the diverse needs of our clients.
