From an Industrial Manufacturing Site to a Modern Complex Powered by Clean Energy

Delivering energy-efficient solutions is a key priority for every project we undertake. That’s why, at Logicor Prague–Průmyslová, we are installing photovoltaic panels with an initial capacity of 50 kWp, available to all our tenants from day one. The site is also prepped for expansion up to 500 kWp, paving the way for significant energy savings and further use of renewable sources.

This step supports our goal to offer the most modern and sustainable logistics spaces in the region. Thanks to cutting-edge technology and a strong focus on sustainability, tenants will be able to benefit from solar energy from the very beginning—bringing the project one step closer to final completion.
