At the Logicor Prague–Průmyslová project, we are beginning to landscape the site with greenery. We believe this step will gradually create a pleasant atmosphere while ensuring an environmentally friendly impact. The plan is quite ambitious and includes:

• more than 1,100 deciduous shrubs and 54 coniferous shrubs of various species,

• 18 deciduous trees – maples, beeches, and lindens,

• nearly 2,000 m² of park lawn,

• 401 m² of mulch area, which helps retain moisture and supports plant growth.

Logicor Prague–Průmyslová brings an innovative approach to sustainability, paving the way for a greener and more responsible future. With a focus on human needs, it pushes the boundaries of traditional development and places both people and nature at the heart of the project.

The development is being prepared with BREEAM certification in mind, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible operations.

Beyond the landscaping, the site is already coming to life – indoor and outdoor lighting is fully operational, and all signage is in place, ensuring safety and comfort go hand in hand.
